We held our 1st Annual Energy Efficiency Breakfast Sharing Session on the 19th July 2019 at Shenton Room, M Hotel. The event was attended by key decision makers in energy efficiency representing petrochemical plants, refineries, power plants and pharmaceutical plants. The event was also graced by officials from NEA, EDB and ESg.
Two pressing and pertinent issues were discussed during the session:
- “How to derive the most value out of mandatory EEOA Assessments”
- “How to drive an Energy Culture from the management down to the shop floor in process plants”
There was an interactive session and Q&A session where the participants actively shared about challenges, limitations and efforts taken to drive an energy efficient culture within their respective organisations.
This is a first in a series of many such sharing sessions which brings together representatives from the plant owners to sit down and put to the drawing board insightful ideas and take away tangible outcomes towards realising an energy efficient plant operation.
