Turning Waste Heat into Value: A Sustainability Milestone for ARLANXEO Singapore

ARLANXEO Singapore has successfully obtained the EDB REG(E) grant for completing its Thermal Oxidizer Waste Heat Recovery Boiler (TOWHB) project, marking an important milestone in its sustainability efforts.
The project recovers waste heat and converts it into low-pressure steam for plant operations, reducing imported steam consumption by more than 5 tonnes per hour and achieving an annual reduction of 11,741 tCO₂e.
The successful completion of the post-project verification in Q2 2026 confirms the project’s environmental benefits and supports ARLANXEO’s 2030 CO₂ reduction targets.
The achievement was made possible through strong collaboration among ARLANXEO Singapore, ACTSYS, and the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB).
